This track is a re-working of the classic ska track by The Heptones and this version by Dakka Skanks has been amazingly well received when played live before the lockdown happened but after they performed it as part of The Specialized Project’s Isofest it has taken off on a life of its own, being shared countless times on social media and gathering 10’s of thousands of views and is now being spoken of as a contemporary ska anthem for future generations.

Dakka Skanks are a band seriously committed to bringing hard reggae, ska, dub and punk rhythms together in a fresh style. The band have a passion and organic togetherness crafted through years of writing and performing with each other. Clara Byrne's mesmerising lead vocal cuts through like a wave of emotion, her lyrical integrity straight from the soul, with serious social and political issues explored through dramatic delivery. From hard steppers to traditional ska, furious punk and sprinklings of Motown, Dakka Skanks come with the style and always bring the dance.
